The first step is to schedule a consultation by sending us an inquiry here. Your first consultation will be a 45 minute video call with our designer, Brittany Schofield. In this meeting you will discuss your event, your timeline, your budget, any inspiration you have for your gown and any questions you have will be answered. The consultation fee is $50 CAD.

When you decide to go ahead with your custom gown the next consultation will be meeting over video call with the designer who will present you with potential sketches of your garment, as well as colour, fabric and embellishment options, and the final quote for your design.

Once you are happy with your design, a 50% deposit is required to place your order and start your design!

At this point the designer will create a muslin prototype of your garment. This is a rough version of your garment made from inexpensive fabric that is used to ensure that the fit and style is correct. You will try on the muslin prototype and any necessary adjustments will be made.

For international clients - there are options for ordering a standard size, this will be discussed in your first consultation.

Multiple fittings will be done to ensure the prototype fits you perfectly.

The next step is to begin the creation of your custom garment. This process starts from the inside out by first building the undergarments that provide structure and help create the unique shape of your gown before moving outwards to the dazzling exterior. All the pieces are sewn together with care and precision then finally the designer adds the embellishments and custom design elements to finish off your custom haute couture gown.

Typically there will be a final fitting during this stage to ensure comfort and that everything is fitting perfectly.

Finally your garment is complete and ready to be shipped or picked up at our studio.

Before final delivery of your gown, we require full payment to be completed for your design.
